I designed this 20x40 booth to reflect Mabion’s innovative biotech brand while creating a multifunctional experience through a modern bar, collaborative lounge area, and enclosed meeting space. The layout encouraged both casual interaction and focused engagement in a clean, contemporary environment.
Collaborating across time zones with our client’s UK-based team, I led the design development—translating early concepts into finalized spatial layouts and producing detailed SketchUp renderings ahead of the show. I worked closely with our senior designer and sales rep to refine layouts and ensure the booth was fully prepped for a seamless handoff to the client’s installation team
I also curated swatch palettes and coordinated material approvals in-house with our engineers and project manager. Separately, I handled all production file prep to ensure graphics were prepress-ready and fabrication ran smoothly. I worked closely with the project manager to make sure the booth met both U.S. and German show requirements — and after rounds of feedback, swatch shuffles, and timezone juggling, it was incredibly rewarding to see it come to life on two continents.
